What are your shipping methods ?

Orders under 40 € are shipped by regular mail.

Oders over 40 € are sent by registered / certificate mail.

Your order has the option of being sent by DHL / UPS etc for a standard charge worldwide - This cost is only 46 €.

We ship our pharmacy products worldwide in very discrete plain brown padded packaging.

Shipping is from various warehouses we have globally.

How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping ?

We normally process and dispatch your order within one business day, except weekends.

Shipping time will depend on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc.

Most clients receive there products within 5 - 7 days, however please do allow up to 10-14 days.

How do I know when my order has been shipped out ?

You will receive an e-mail with the shipping confirmation from our customer services department when your order has been sent.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes ?

We ship to P.O. Boxes if the credit card holder's P O Box address is the same as on there credit card statement.

Unlike most online pharmacies we supply our drugs in the manufacturers original boxes and are bar coded by the manufacturer.

How are large quantity orders shipped ?

If you place an order for large quantities, and the order is too large to fit in the same shipment package as a small order,we will split the order up into the necessary amount of equal packages.

No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging is used as with a small sized order.
